I just realized that on pages where there is more than one review (i.e. Cave Story, Knytt Stories), the footer is fine. It must be the review script that broke the layout somehow.
I'm going to open this one up again. I think what he/she means is letting users browse a list of developers that can be sorted by (for example) gender, age, country, number of games created... with the developer's photo next to the description. It would be a nice way for devs to connect with one another. Or to allow users to compare who has more devs in the database, the Finns or the Swedes...

I think having both previews and edit, plus Madeiro's tag idea, would be ideal. I don't think I've ever gotten a review right the first time around!
